Return Of Goods

• Goods cannot be returned without prior approval and the correct collection note
• Goods aoods may not be returned after fourteen days from the date of delivery
• Goods not in original/unmarked packaging may not be returned
• Food items, specials, furniture, business machines cannot be returned

Notification, giving full details of short delivery or damage must be made to us within 24 hours of the reciept of goods. Notification must be made within 7 days of the invoice if the good have not been delivered within that time. Notification must be confirmed in writing QUOTING THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT NUMBER AND INVOICE NUMBER SHOWN ABOVE. PAYMENT IS DUE IN THE MONTH FOLLOWING DATE OF SUPPLY.

All goods remain the property of KN Office Supplies Ltd until paif for in full.
